Non Clinical Skills Workshop - Developing Colleagues

Morning Workshop: Getting the Best Out of Colleagues
This session provides an opportunity for you to build and review effective ways of presenting information and training colleagues at work.
Afternoon Workshop: Excellent Presentations
Do you need to be able to present information and yourself to maximum effect? Do you have existing presentation skills in place but feel there is more you can do to take a step forward and give yourself an extra edge? By identifying your unique strengths as a presenter and giving you practical ways of putting these to work for you, this workshop will motivate you to reach the next level as a presenter both in terms of impact and of enjoyment.
You are welcome to attend either the morning of afternoon session or both. Fees are as follows:
Half Day(one session): £100 non fellow/member £90 fellow/member
Full Day (both sessions): £180 non fellow/member £160 fellow/member
Numbers are limited so early booking is recommended

Workshop 1: Negotiating/Presentation/Interview Skills (numbers are limited to 20 people)
10.00am - 1.00pm
This workshop concentrates on the formal side of career development. Most people find job interviews and presentations difficult. However, with preparation and practice it is possible to put yourself forward in a professional yet personal way and negotiate what you want to achieve.
Full Fee: £95 per workshop
RCPSG Fellow/Member Fee: £80 per workshop
Workshop 2: Leadership Skills/Managing Difficult People (numbers limited to 10 people) only a few places left!
1.30pm - 5.00pm
This workshop enables you to develop your leadership and people management skills specifically in the context of managing difficult people. Using actors in the role-play, it will allow you to develop the skills to deal with difficult people in typical situations that impact on everyone at work.
Full Fee: £95 per workshop
RCPSG Fellow/Member Fee: £80 per workshop
You are welcome to attend either the morning or afternoon workshops, or both dependant on level.
