A two-day course introducing the principles and practice of acute general medical care and the related knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes. The course provides trainees in Medicine with key point presentations, workshops, “hands on” skills stations, and critically ill patient scenarios to enhance skills needed for dealing with life-threatening medical emergencies.

Places on these courses are strictly limited to 16, therefore early registration is recommended.
Please note this course is suitable for ST1 grade and those towards the end of their FY2 year. It is not applicable for FY1 grade.
