An Update on 'The Evidence for Vascular Surgery'

Mr Roy Scott is the Event Director for this Symposium which brings Mr Murie back to Glasgow in the company of key contributing authors.  It will be of interest and value to surgeons, radiologist and others (at all stages of training) who are involved in the management of vascular disease.

This One Day Symposium will cover chapters in the textbook:

The Nature of Surgical Evidence
Carotid Interventions
Risk Factor Management in Peripheral Arterial Disease
Lower Limb Amputation
Varicose Veins and Varicose Ulcers
Management of Vascular Trauma

Speakers will include: Mr John Murie, Professor A Ross Naylor, Professor Cliff Shearman, Mr Kenneth Woodburn, Professor Andrew Bradbury and Mr Denis Harkin

Glasgow Surgical Forum

Date: 2010-11-10

Evening of Wednesday 10th November - Thursday 11th & Friday 12th November 2010

The 2010 Glasgow Surgical Forum will take place in The Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th November 2010. 

This year's programme will include presentations by the following International Speakers and the programme will be complemented by presentations from Local Speakers.

Undergraduate Surgical Conference

Date: 2010-11-13

Saturday 13th November 2010

Following the success of last year's event another date has been arranged for the Undergraduate Surgical Conference hosted by the Glasgow University Surgical Society and supported by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.

As well as a morning of lectures by eminent consultants, the afternoon session has been expanded to include another skill session - see poster for further details.

Morning session fee - £15 (65 places) - This is fully booked
Full day fee - £30 (75 places)  - This is fully booked
