The Diploma in Travel Medicine is offered by the Faculty of Travel Medicine in collaboration with Health Protection Scotland.
Purpose of assessment
Award of the Diploma is made to candidates who successfully complete all three Modules of the multidisciplinary course organised by Health Protection Scotland, inclusive of the written and structured clinical examinations. The course is open to any health professional working in a relevant field. For nurses, a first degree is not a requirement. Proof of professional qualifications and references will be sought. Applicants must be competent in the following computer skills: e-mail, internet searching, saving and managing word documents, word processing.
