Gaining an award or scholarship is one way to develop your professional skills and advance your career.
As a Fellow or Member of the College you have the opportunity to apply for a number of awards to help you progress your research, improve your knowledge and skills or widen your experience by visiting other countries and/or specialist centres. To help you decide which award best suits your needs, we suggest viewing Award Reports on the left side toolbar to view submissions by previously successful candidates.
Applying for an Award or Scholarship
Each award and scholarship has its own criteria and closing date for submission. To apply: ensure that you satisfy the submission criteria for the specific award to which you are applying, that your membership to the College is ‘in good standing’*, and that you submit all necessary information by the date required.
In accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, we ask that if you have special requirements that you indicate this on your application. This will enable us to accommodate your needs.
* To be a Fellow or Member 'in good standing', you must keep your subscription fees up to date.
Overseas
If you are from overseas and planning to visit the UK or are a UK citizen planning to visit overseas, ensure that you satisfy immigration requirements and acquire the appropriate documentation prior to submitting an application. For further information go to the Home Office/UK Border Agency website.
