College is very aware that one of its responsibilities is to provide support to our Fellows and Members in all aspects of their career. As a result we are pleased to be developing the RCPSG Mentoring Programme.

In these busy times, with more focus than ever on professional development, we hope to assist by matching mentees with suitable mentors who will help them to maximise their potential, develop their skills and improve their performance.

In the initial stages of this programme, we will be focusing on newly appointed Consultants who will be linked with more experienced Consultant colleagues.  As the initiative develops over time, our aim is to expand the programme to offer mentoring to Fellows and Members at any stage of their career.
