Biography
Callum is a Specialty Registrar in Oral Surgery and Honorary Clinical Teacher based at Glasgow Dental Hospital and School, a position he took up in 2020 following four years of Dental Core Training and a year of Vocational Training in the West of Scotland. He became a member of the Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2017.
Previous roles have included being the Trainee Representative on council for the British Association of Oral Surgeons (BAOS) and the Trainee Representative on the Oral Surgery Specialty Advisory Committee (SAC).
He is currently an NHS clinical member of the admissions committee at the University of Glasgow's Dental School. In his spare time Callum is a keen saxophonist and directs the Big Smile Big Band - a band of Dentists and Dental Students based in Glasgow. Callum regularly teaches on the MFDS part 2 preparatory course and is looking forward to becoming even more involved with the College.
